RepIndia is seeking a talented and imaginative Content Creator to develop engaging content across digital platforms. As a key part of our creative team, you’ll produce high-quality content that resonates with audiences, strengthens brand presence, and drives engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Content and Campaign Strategy: Formulate, curate, create, and devise engaging digital content and campaign strategies across relevant platforms for assigned brands.
  • Digital Presence Management: Manage and supervise social and digital presence, including execution, online response management, and maintenance of online media properties.
  • Platform Engagement: Engage hands-on across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, websites, mobile apps, blogs, and forums.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute project and campaign requirements, fostering strong team partnerships.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Provide actionable insights to improve rankings and drive traffic.
  • Strategy Formulation: Assist in strategy development by providing creative input for campaigns, based on primary experience with online consumers and the brand.
  • Performance Analysis: Prepare analysis, review, and reports on campaign effectiveness by tracking KPIs and measuring the impact of social and digital media strategies.

Qualification

  • Post Graduate, Graduate, or holder of a UGC-approved Diploma in Mass Media, Marketing Communication, Advertising, or equivalent.
  • Certification in Digital Media, SEO, SEM, or Ecommerce is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of work experience with a brand, digital/social/advertising/creative/media agency.
  • Professional-level proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of social media channels, digital media, and online marketing, with an understanding of the latest industry trends and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong oral and written communication, presentation, analytical, and collaborative skills.
  • Highly organized, capable of handling multiple deadline-driven projects and workflows.
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with team members.
  • Keen attention to detail.
